The movement up and down is very smooth and super quite, clearly a sign of good manufacturing. The touch panel is very responsive, looks great and is very easy to store up to 4 heights in the memory.
My only downside is the lack of support to the desk top in the middle of the frame. When I put it all together it looked like the center would be well supported with the frame fully connecting through the middle. However, after a very short period of time the desktop has started to bow/sag in the middle. Now I am using a triple monitor center stand which is supporting a bit of weight, but unfortunately I was not expecting this to happen with how the desk/legs are constructed. Slight design flaw.
I have still rated this product 4 stars given how many other positives the desk has, combined with the customer service and price. If this had solid support in the center I would have no hesitation rating 5 stars.
