Do not Purchase as this company has the worst after sales service and will cost a fortune in repairs as they do not honour warranty , I have had many new cars including Chinese brands like BYD and GWM who are fantastic but LDV is the worst i have ever dealt with. jurky d90 – a issue has started on my d90 diesel where the engine will lurch and splutter the fisrt time car is used on the day, does this for 100 mtrs then all is normal, my guess is theres air in the fuel line, vehicle is a 2023 model and so far travelled approx 11000. vehicle was booked in for investigation but had to reschedule, so am wondering is this a major problem Show details

Bang for buck this is great – Just bought a 2nd hand D90 with 50k on the clock. First impressions are excellent and the drive is great!! easy to steer and park (evn though it's slightly shorter than an oil tanker); heaps of extras and works well. Show details

Absolute LEMON – Bought LDV D90 in Dec 2020, dashboard didn't work on pick up day, cruise control never worked, engine light comes on every few days. Taken back to dealership which they then keep my car for longer then 3 weeks at a time. No offer of a car to drive. Staff are extremely rude. once new dashboard was put in, issues with engine light every few days they can't explain and the car goes into limp mode and I have to have it towed to LDV and they then keep for 3 weeks or more. But still no answers. STAY AWAY from LDV. I do love the size of the vehicle I just wish that buying brand new it would actually do what I paid for and be reliable for me and my children. :(

Excellent for the price – 4 months ownership with daily mix of local and freeway driving has been faultless. For its size its fuel efficient with avg of 7.8 driven mainly in sport mode. Missing 360 parking camera and heated seats is only criticism. Show details

Electronics – Purchased D90 4x4 diesel in November 2022 and have had it back to dealership a number of times for the same issue that they can’t resolve. can’t hear me clearly when I’m using this as it’s drops in and out or is crackly. LDV said it only works with a genuine Apple cord which I use and has made no difference. Their solution to the phone dropping out during a call whilst driving is to pick up my phone and record this happening. I’ve explained it’s illegal to do this and LDV has insisted that’s this is the only way they can try to fix problem. Problem 2 - Whilst on cruise control I have nearly been hit from behind on several occasions. When doing the speed limit on cruise control on a trilane road, I can be in the right hand lane, going around a right hand bend, with a vehicle in the left hand lane and the car will suddenly brake as it detects the slower moving vehicle.

15000klms and going well – Victoria, have used the car predominately for travel to and from work generally around 50klms each way. Used to go on longer trips around Victoria towing a camper trailer (approx 3.5t) no issues at all. Adaptive cruise can be a pain at times but otherwise no complaints, family love it Show details

Such a lemon of a car – We have just clocked 5000km on our car. We were excited to purchase for our disability business but have sadly not been able to use it much. traffic to get to the side of the road. They did an update and we did not see the issue for a little bit BUT it then decided that it would not work in 4wd or eco or anything other than auto. We would select and it would just change back. No the loss of power occurs pretty much every time we go up any type of incline. The issues were reported when the car had under 200km on it and we asked for the car to be exchanged as it was a lemon. Maybe it was made on a Friday when everyone was keen to get to knock off drinks. I have completed every feedback survey they have sent me begging them to contact me to rectify but I only here....nothing. Has been back to the shop so many times and they say...hmmm that is unusual we have never heard of those issues.

Very happy – Bought in April 2021. Just coming up to 15,000 Kms and have enjoyed every one. Took a while to interpret settings on the infotainment system but the dealer was very helpful. motorway. Set adaptive cruise to 3 bars/cars and had no trouble. Recommend if bought from a helpful dealer.

1000k's (i Call crap and get them looked at on the 5k service) Enough of negative - I drive fairly lightly getting approx 9.6 L/100k's - comfortable - fairly good acceleration - great on cruising - as advised I have only done 1000ks, I will try and update this at 5000k's after i have done a few longer trips.

Half the price of a Prado but Better – Had the car for 4000ks over the last 4 months goes and tows well at half the price of a Prado but with all the modern features you would expect of a highend car ... but LDV D90 deisel 4*4 is under $47000.  Show details
