First test drive transmission and electrical issues experienced – I test drove a new LDV Mega Tub today with 24km on the odo. I went in with an open mind. The gear box shudder when taking off and coming to a stop was very concerning and the hunting for gears when slowing down is pretty ordinary. When I first started the ute the rear seatbelt sensors were going off there was no one sitting in the back. The sales… Read more

person told me all that was needed is a software update. If this is how they come brand new out of the box....I am staying well away. There is a reason they are cheap.

Excellent value for money – The only ute that costs under $100,000 that comes standard with a 1.8m tray. Standard full time 4x4, ZF 8 speed transmission and lots of other features make this a bargain. Show details

This is not how a new vehicle performs – When I can get the vehicle started! Have to charge the battery every 9 days. Replaced battery via road assist and did software upgrade.last August. This worked well for 3 months and then back to recharging again. This week I had enough so i took it to the dealer and he took me for $458 dollars and said that they reset things but couldn't find… Read more

anything wrong. In 16 months I have only been able to drive 4,500 klms because if I want to go anywhere I have. to recharge the battery. I was also told by the mechanic there that no software upgrade was installed yet they invoiced me. I am at my wit's end.. Help

Questionable quality, very poorly supported by the importer – Purchased new in late 2020. Spent more time at the dealer trying to get many problems sorted out (electronics, transmission then the final engine failure). The dealer wasn't able to help as they were waiting on the importer to approve repairs. After 5 months of ownership during which time I got to use it for only 2 months, I traded it at a considerable loss on a Triton. Be very wary of this brand. Show details

Poor quality suspension bounces everywhere on the m1 Goldcoast to Brisbane and the dealer states its normal – Suspension bounce is shocking very uncomfortable ride everything shakes steering wheel seats etc. Dealer blames the road but my company’s utes don’t do it like the LDV. It’s goes on for 15 minutes travelling from Goldcoast to Bris. Show details

Great value for money and neat interiors with class finish – I use it for family trips with our pet and loads of tub space to put the camping gear. I liked the feature where we can dim all the interior lights to zero so we can focus on the road without disturbing glare from inside. Show details
