customer service is deplorable and doesn’t respond to any emails or calls. The delivery driver also damaged my property because the box was completely broken and legs were sticking out exposed so it took a chunk out of my historic terrace front. Terribly they send the faulty item and never receive the phone calls or emails.. You can literally get scammed by them as they never communicate with you. I cannot even find their ABN. electrical plug and a hard cover so it can double as a dining table. The table is also foldable with lockable wheels. It is quiet and the tiles are heavy and have a bold print. It has exceeded all my expectations and is excellent value for money. I had to buy a couple of cloth bags for the tiles as they have to be removed from the table when it is to be folded.

I was worried how the table would perform given its cost and it not being one single piece of slate, but it plays really well with no issues or and a nice level surface.
The accessories were good apart from the pool cues which were not really useable but we purchased some new cues from Rebel Sport which work fine. The dining table parts were not really needed by us so would recommend these being an optional extra to avoid wastage.
There was a bit of a delay with the delivery from the Brisbane warehouse but once I called the team had it to me within the week and kept me updated on the delivery time.
Installation did take a while but the parts were all clearly labelled and the instructions were easy to interpret and complete.
We were going to purchase a used table off Marketplace but I am very happy with our purchase from Leaf living as we have a new table and didn’t have to arrange help in moving a large table.
Would recommend this purchase to anyone who wants a new modern pool table for family fun at a reasonable price.

unhelpful, didn’t resolve anything and often did not even respond to my emails. After waiting so long to receive the product, the lack of care was unbelievable. I tried to use their so called 30 day risk free policy, but they refused just because I had opened the cardboard box. The product was never installed or used. They only offered a maximum refund of $300, which I ended up accepting. Now, just two months later, I arrived home and found the room divider on the floor by itself. I am over their broken promises. They promise to call you and never do! They promise delivery and the goods never arrive. I am now at the stage where I am sick of their broken promises as I do not trust them anymore. I wish they would just refund the money if they cannot deliver.
Clearly they survive by promising delivering holding your funds for as long as possible and in the end you might get a delivery if you are lucky.
THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. It will be cheaper and less heartache in the long run.

I accepted, but weeks later, they admitted that even this replacement was stuck in transit. I was then offered a second alternative model just to get a delivery finalized.
3. Advertised 3-in-1, Delivered 1-in-1: Leaf Living focuses heavily on the "higher retail value" of the final replacement. However, that value is irrelevant when the product arrives incomplete. Despite being a 3-in-1 unit, it was delivered without the tabletop. They even delivered the "Accessories Kit" (bats and net) for a function the table cannot perform without that missing 4th box.
4. Integrity Issues at Delivery: The delivery was missing the tabletop. I witnessed the driver call his manager, who then misrepresented the situation claiming I had "agreed" to a partial delivery. This was a complete fabrication to force an incomplete manifest through.
5. Current Status: After I posted about this experience on social media, the company reached out and acknowledged the "differing interpretations" of the delivery. I have requested they fulfill the order by providing the missing component (which is currently listed as in-stock on their site) or provide fair compensation for the missing hardware. As of today, the matter remains unresolved and the order is incomplete.
Final Verdict: Be prepared for a company that prioritizes "enticement games" over professional integrity and coordination. Based on my experience, the "higher value" replacements are a distraction from the fact that the actual logistics and delivery processes are fundamentally broken.
Update: It appears my experience is not isolated. Other customers have reported waiting up to 5 months for the same 'missing' tabletop. This suggests a pattern of delivering incomplete products and using 'verbose, automated-style' apologies to stall for time rather than resolving the issue.
