Yeah, it’s not great. Lasted only 24 hours before they started to fall off. The glue doesn’t stay clear and starts to get gross and cloudy after the first shower you take, leaving you with chunky glue along your lash line. They’re not that easy to apply. For $140 I wish I hadn’t bought the kit and just used the money to get proper extensions.
While their Natural Lashes are absolutely beautiful, their luxe bold lashes are hard and feel like plastic. I am not sure if the following issue was limited to a specific product run, but I purchased 6 boxes of the bold lashes which were glued into the box so hard, that you couldn't remove them without damaging the lashes. separate. 2. The Remover Doesn't Work– Despite using the recommended oily remover, the glue stubbornly remained, making removal painful and leaving my eyes swollen. 3. Uncomfortable and Irritating– The glue caused discomfort throughout the night, and by the end of my special event, the false lashes had all fallen off—yet the glue was still stuck to my real lashes. 4. False Advertising– I watched multiple tutorials and researched the product beforehand. The videos made it look so easy—absolute bullshit! Even after practicing, application was frustrating, and the results were nowhere near what was promised.
I looked ridiculous, my eyes were irritated, and I spent hours trying to remove the glue with no success. Buyer beware—this product is not worth the hassle. Save your money and avoid Lecil Lashes at all costs

The best lashes!! – I love these products so much! I have never really been able to use strip lashes, despite the constant years of effort! The individual lash extensions make it so easy to apply and style them to whatever occasion you need! By far my favourite lashes ever!! Would recommend for anyone who struggles with lashes like I do!! 10/10!!
10/10 – I had never used a product like these before so I was quite nervous to approach!! LeCil was easy to apply and lasted beautifully! I haven’t felt as though my actual lashes have been negatively affected in any way shape or form! I love them! Would highly recommend any product from here!
Amazing Product! – LeCil is such a good product I would strongly recommend getting them! It can takes some practice to get them perfect but once you get them right you will never go back to eyelash extensions or strip lashes! The LeCil team are lovely and super helpful

Terrible customer service after receiving faulty product – I have been using LeCil products for approximately 6 months and had been happy with them. The last order that I placed was unfortunately faulty, the lash clusters were falling apart prior to being used. They had lengthier lashes in the middle of the cluster that just fell out or sat skew. was very disappointed to be told it’s my own handling error. I explained that I had used their lashes many times and that this had never happed. Again I was told handling error, read our terms.
I posted a review on Facebook, which went back and forth and then was removed by LeCil. I was then sent an email that said if I was trying to get a different result by going to social media that that wouldn’t happen.
It has been a very unpleasant experience and I feel as though I’ve been accused of lying.
I would not recommend using LeCil, I wasted a lot of money on my last order.

paper!!! for a brand new bottle??? they also asked me return at my own cost. I went and bought KevKev lashes on ebay and the kit is $30. Open the box was a paper said if the glue dried or leak they will replace within 24 hours! Hallelujah!!! Bond is sticky wet and full that you can see and hold very strong!!! Incredible product for someone who can’t do their own lashes!! Bus I can <3 – I am really queasy with my eyes and have never managed to do my own lashes. Le Cil has been a game changer- I can now do them and they last over a week. My order arrived really fast, and they’ve so natural looking and lovely quality. And the serum. It actually works!!! Love LeCil Lashes – I've purchase some of LeCil's lash products. I have found them easy to use and have not caused irritation like some others. I love that they are Australian. Highly recommend
Not nearly as good as Lashify – I wanted to like this product. An Australian company offering similar lash extensions to the more expensive Lashify system. The remover and lashes are OK.
