Perfect size for your bag – The Lenovo tablet line is a budget point but the small 7 Inch screen is great for reading online books, the screen is bigger than most smart phones. Wireless setup is fast and speed is acceptable. Not as lagging as cheaper offerings. I've had mine for about 2 years and for portability when traveling it is my go-to device. Offerings are still available on clearance in some stores or online. Memory is expandable.  Show details

Good tablet for its price – Good tablet for its price considering it's a lot cheaper than an iPad; does what you would expect a tablet would normally do. It's easy to operate. Thin and light. We bought it for our school age son as Christmas present and he loved it. He uses it for games, YouTube, music, etc. only downside is we found it difficult to find a original Lenovo… Read more

cover for it. The ones available at shops are mostly for iPad nowadays. We properly should try get a general cover that would suit the tablet properly.

BOUGHT OVER A YEAR AGO AND STILL GOING STRONG – I bought this Lenovo A7-10 purely because I got tired off switching on the desktop at night if I wanted too check my emails and also do online surveys which I do regularly. I have used it regularly over the time I've owned it but not daily and found battery life is good but it does take a while too recharge if the battery is really low, don't… Read more

know if it is the fact I use a generic recharge product or just the fact that's the way the tablet is normally.

I have streamed TV shows live on it if I want too watch 2 shows using my TV as well as the tablet especially when Q & A is showing an hour later in the State I live in and also streamed shows on Catchup TV as well, the battery still lasts a while doing this too. The battery is not separate in the unit so when it dies so does the tablet I guess so be aware if you want a tablet too use continually I'd get one that comes with a replacement battery but not sure if you can.I'd buy something else.

Its not a table I use everyday, but I do connect too public WiFi spots when I'm out using it and it performs well and also use it on my WiFi at home. It does not have connectivity via a SIM card so for those who want too use it using mobile WiFi your out off luck.

It cost $99 which was a good price in my mind as it has some apps in it but you can actually delete or disable them if you want unlike Samsung tablets that you are stuck with.

If you want a tablet but don't want too spend too much this is ideal. Not sure about internal storage etc as I wasn't concerned with that as I use the desktop for things like that.

Had trouble from the beginning – I bought this lenovo Tab 2 A10-70 back in Dec 2015 and from the start it rarely worked smoothly just liked to turn off and on by itself and wasn't responsive to light touch. Sent it for repairs but come back with the same problem. The screen was the only good part of my experience also sound was maybe just above average and the processor a little… Read more

slow to load things. I've also got an 8 inch tablet from lenovo rebranded lifetab from ALDI which has been very good but this one was a lemon.

For $99 it is worth the five stars – For such a low price this is a surprisingly good tablet. Not the fastest, but fast enough for web browsing, emails, and even watching videos etc. The battery life is average but still much better than the three other sub $100 tablets I tried before it. WiFi can be a bit slow but still OK. Screen is pretty good too. If you can get the… Read more

KitKat 4.4.2 version stick with it unless you really need 5.0.2 as the battery life seems to take a noticeable hit (about an hour less with my usage patterns).

Only a very low resolution front camera is included.

Lenovo Tab 2 A10-70 -- AvGreat 10 inch Android Tablet at a Great Price – Today I bought a Lenovo Tab 2 A10-70 10 inch screen Android Tablet from Harvey Norman. It cost me $308 (RRP $327) and was the best price/performance 10inch Android tablet they had on display in my budget. The main feature of the Lenovo is the beautifully clear and crisp 1920 x 1200 pixel screen. Most others in this price range feature around… Read more

1200 x 800 pixels or so. It doesn't seem a great difference numerically, but visually the sharper, crisper images are immediately apparent.

Secondly, the A10-70 comes with 2GB RAM which is double that of most competitors for the price. As Tablet processor memory is shared with the video system 1GB only leaves about 600-700MB left for data once Android and video systems are running. So an extra 1GB provides some much needed extra head-room. This is especially apparent on the Internet as web pages load very snappily indeed.

Storage is limited to 16GB onboard, but you can load a micro-SD memory card of up to 64GB for external, removable storage.

I like that Lenovo has not loaded any unnecessary additional crud-ware software to chew up the limited storage. There is an FM radio and Dolby Equalizer which I really like. The A10-70 isn't the lightest but not have I found it too heavy. And it seems very well constructed and quite robust. I will buy a padded folder for it soon though as additional insurance against scratches and mishandling.

Overall I'm quite impressed with my purchase.

Great value tablet for under $100 – We bought this to serve as a remote control for our media centre and chromecast. The last sub-$100 tablet I bought for this purpose was absolutely useless, but the A7-10 surprised me. Very responsive touch screen and apps run quickly. No issues setting it up. Android's "restricted accounts" means only the apps to run the entertainment are… Read more

available - the kids can't use it for anything other than a remote.

No, its not an iPad or Galaxy, but certainly punches above its weight at the price point.

Excellent Starter Tablet – Very powerful tablet despite its miniscule size. Had issues with setting up WIFI so if you're not tech savvy I wouldn't recommend it, though it could have been a single item issue. Bought it as a basic tablet for my son and its much better than the kids' tablets which do not have the same powerful processor as this one.
