experience was messy and not what I expected. There are important safeguards to follow , cleaning instructions and heating instructions but there are absolutley no instructions on how to prepare and cook the pizza. They do say put the pizza in the middle of the stone, which is pretty near impossible. When I did get the pizza into the oven the top burnt very quickly and the bottom was still doughy and was really hard to move off the stone. Eventually the bottom cooked, but the top was black. Also when I did get the pizza off the paddle and onto he pizza stone, some of the ingredients on the pizza fell onto the stone and they burnt quickly and filled the kitchen with smoke. I couldn't do anything as I had to wait for the pizza to finish burning, I mean finish cooking. i.e. you cant remove the stone to clean up while the oven is on or the stone is hot. This one is going in the bin as it just does not work very well. I tried to call customer service at Lennox, but that was another wasted non-answered customer service call. Overall, my suggestion is DONT buy this type of oven as they are not fit for purpose.
