Excellent customer service. A manufacturing fault with an appliance was resolved readily and professionally. Great communication and follow through. Would recommend to anyone.

Good customer service – Recently I purchase a Lenoxx mini entertainment unit through Catch. After 2 uses the usb input failed and I contacted Catch about the warranty. They directed me to Lenoxx who after some emailed checks agreed to check out the unit under warranty. They paid for postage both ways and repaired the unit very quickly. Thanks to them for their service. Their communication was very good throughout.

Air Frayer does not heat up at all – I recently purchased a 7 Digital Air Fryer from Lenoxx Electronics, and I am extremely disappointed with the product. very frustrating, and I hope the company will address these issues promptly. I would appreciate it if Lenoxx Electronics could either fix the faulty product or provide a replacement.

Fantastic Customer Service – I was gifted a Paper Shredder which unfortunately developed a fault not long after. As it was a gift I did not have receipt but customer service was very helpful. They assisted with a free return method of unit to service department for diagnosis. Within a week I received the unit back fully functional and repaired under warranty. Excellent Customer Servcie – I was given a Digital Kettle with Tea Infuser fro a Fathers Day present. Unfortunately it was faulty. An email was sent to Lenoxx Electronics and the same day I received a reply and they had dispatched a replacement unit via Australia Post with a Tracking number. The unity arrived as promised and is working perfectly.
