Purchased it 12 months ago. Works great. Still going strong. I use it almost every day. Only issues are: It seems that the + and - buttons are wrong way around (+ should be on the right and - on the left). Used rotating basket only once. Once finished, you can’t open the basket until it cools down as the catch is hot, also very hard to clean. I… Read more

don’t use the program modes as the only one that seem to be correct is the toast setting. I just set my times and temp manually.

Loved the device. Work well, had all the features, it was perfect for our need. The only big issue was that after a 2 years it died. it would not power up? We were very dissapointed particularly as this unit had it all for home user Show details

Most impressive little oven – Really impressed with this unit. Pros.. Size... It is notmuch bigger than a large 12ltr basket type unit. Frenchdoors. these are geared together so "if you open/close one the other swings with it" Fan ...... no complaints here. very strong fan. Heat .... its about 1600 watts true .... very good results. constuction. good materials and… Read more

the stainless is of quailty and easy to clean..

controls.... ok easy to use nothing special..... lotsof touch screen bushing.

Cleaning. again easy to clean better than a drop down door every thing into the dishwasher with no issues.

Price dirt cheep if you hunt around.

cons

controls....... lots rotating through amenu.

parts......may not be easy to be repaired..... cannot find motor or heat elements on internet yet.

needs lots of bench space woould recomend nearly a 20 cm gap all round the unit.

Loved the product until just recently! – Brought of Amazon and have loved the product, it has nearly replaced my microwave and oven completely and I have been using at least once a day since March, and up to about a week ago it has been working great. The problem I currently having is that now when it gets hot (been running for more than a few minutes) the touch panel stops functioning,… Read more

which sure things happen, but now having to deal with warranty issues and the fact is my experience has not been great so far, still waiting to find out who I need to deal with, gone back to Amazon and they referred me to the seller, they referred me to Lenoxx the distributor who are asking me to go to Amazon first, so after a 2 weeks so far still don't know who to lodge the warranty issue with??? Will add comment once/if I get this sorted.

Yeah, pretty good – It's OK. But it seems you have to have a Ph.D. in computer science to work the blasted thing. I would have liked dials. I'm not too bright when it comes to all of this pretentious computerisation of everything. When you want to use Proof, for example, you've got to push the button 16 "blasted" times. I'm mean c'mon guys, it's 2023, not 1970?!… Read more

Don't like the doors. It should have a pull-down door like most of the others have. Plus, if you're not smart, they shut on their own, easily, and 'bang' shut. And there's two of them. They would have done the manufacturing process, and the customers a favour by having a pull-down style door. But you can't tell the Chinese anything, so I guess it's pointless reviewing the thing. I suppose it cooks OK, but I'll buy something else that is a bit simpler to use. I'd include an invoice number; but obviously the Chinese don't believe in invoices. UPDATE: Before I bought this one, I was sweating on Aldi to have one of theirs come up for sale. Sure enough, one finally come on sale for next week, July 5th. Looking at what it has to offer, it is head and shoulders above this Lennox 1990's design. It is something that appears to have been designed by a ten year old. (No offence to ten year olds). I've been using this oven about twice a week since purchase. And find it the most awkward kitchen appliance I have ever used in 74 years! This thing is now on Gumtree and out it goes for $80. And I'll get the Aldi number next Wed. And the Aldi number has got DIALS!!! This Lennox product is to be avoided if you want relatively easy cooking in the kitchen; especially if you don't want those idiot "french" doors slamming shut on you all the blasted time! Good riddance!!! And the Aldi number is $100 cheaper. What a "blasted" rip off! I mean you have to be "skitting" me?!

Just what I needed – Nice neat unit sits on bench and looks good but the best part is it works really well. Makes great crunchy toast just how I like it and cooks food quickly. Stainless steel makes it easy to wipe down to clean and the accessories provided are very useful and in fact the whole unit is very practical. Still very happy with it over a year later,… Read more

great for roasts but do use an oven bag for roasts as it is hard to clean for any splatters around the top elements.

It’s the bees knees – Looked at heaps of different air fryers and the Lenox French door 1700w 25lt airfryer was the one I chose this time round I purchase a new one every couple of years due to using it every day so I got a bigger one this time and with the French doors so easy to clean and it cooks to perfection my first cook was the rotisserie chicken and cooked to… Read more

Our first foray into Air Fryers - Really happy with this – We had been to and fro on Air Fryers for ages and decided to bite the bullet and choose something. We didn't realise that there were so many options (now) on these units and the choices became a burden. Which Brand? What features? What capacity? What cost? What size? The range is incredible. In the end, we chose a brand that basically did… Read more

everything ! So much easier than being specific. Plus we really like the design of the French Doors on this model. The cost seems quite reasonable but it is one of the more expensive ones out there given the size and features. Features like the rotating chip basket are awesome though.. There's a heap of tray types that come with it as well.

Our intentions and situation are : - two people (most of the time) - retire the use of a electric oven to parties only and thereby cut the time and electicity cost down. - retire the use of a gas cooktop cooking where possible - cook whole dinners (where possible) in one fell swoop for two people. We couldn't believe that the smaller units on the market could do this. All the pictures and reviews we looked at showed very small meals getting prepped and not much more. - cook the likes of sweet potato/potato chips without the use of a deep fryer

As at the writing of this and after a month we have cooked the following kinds of foods all successfully. - piles of baked vegetables on a tray - croissant ( shop bought fresh and then toasted ) - ham/cheese toasties - gozleme (frozen and re-cooked) - Sweet potato and regular potato fries - Pastizzi pastries - Herbert Adams pies

We didn't try a baked dinner including any meat (yet) but we are really encouraged by what's been cooked and how so far. This oven has many options beyond air-fryer, i.e. bake, oven, toast, rotiserrie etc, etc. So not all of what we have cooked is air-fryer mode.

What we like. -We definitely cook faster and far more economically with this unit. -Huge amount of features and cooking methods -Lots of trays and other bits to help different kinds of cooking -Decent manual, easy to follow -Size of 25L is great for 2 adults -Clear alarms when cooking is done

What don't we like (not much). Nit pick - There are so many options on the digital panel for mode of cooking. If you want toast, you press the button 12 times to get to it. This would be far better with buttons per option or a dial. Nit pick - maximum temp is 200C degrees This may limit some kinds of cooking, but nothing we've hit yet. Not keen - The french doors are great but SLAM closed by themselves if you don't open them up full and beyond. Numerous times, I opened them up (but not bent back) only to have them scare the crap out of me when it slams shut. It's loud. This could lead to something breaking or loosening up in the future.
