Don’t waste your money – Terrible product and worst customer service I have ever dealt with. We bought this products direct from LG, it was faulty when we opened it and contacted them straight away… they denied we bought from them and told us to “go back to the retailer” despite us saying repeatedly that it was from their website. The speaker and sub crackled and made loud banging noises from the moment we bought it. So they said they needed a video to “confirm”. We then didn’t hear from them for several months… I tried contacting multiple times and they would just say that it was my fault for not answering my phone… I DIDNT GET ANY CALLS BECAUSE THEY KEPT RINGING SOME RANDOM NUMBER APPARENTLY.

They finally agreed to ONLY repair… not refund or replace and the problem never improved. I have tried to contact so many times and they just don’t respond, hang up on calls or tell me they’ll call me and never do!!! Seriously have given up and so fed up with this piece of crap unit… the sound it produces is terrible and continues to crackle and make a random banging sound inbetween anything you listen to. Seriously don’t waste your money dealing with the worst electronic brand I have bought from, for terrible quality products. If I could give -5 stars I would!!!

Also just something to note - when we saw the soundbar in store, the sound quality appeared much better than the unit we received

Excellent soundbar – Easy to setup(mostly)will explain later. Excellent sound and the subwoofer gives very deep bass, more then I was expecting. The only disappointing thing is the location of the usb and hdmi ports. They should have been placed on the back of the unit like the optical port and power connector instead of in a cut out underneath the soundbar which makes it awkward to plug the hdmi cable in as the cable needs to be "bent" at a right angle to fit. Other then that it is a fantastic soundbar with the best part being, there are rear speakers you can add if you wish.
