Worst TV I’ve ever owned – I’ve owned a few lg tvs in the past and had really good experiences, but my recebt purchases of LG products has put me off this brand completely. a year and 2 months after purchase tv is starting to play up)! The quality of the tv is far inferior to the TVs that LG produced in the past and the ease of use of the software and magic remote which was my favourite feature of LG tvs has now diminished.
The sound bar on the other hand crapped itself after 6 months of purchase with me having to ultimately get a refund and purchase a different one. Seing the quality of their products and i’m pretty certain ill be switching back to samsung products in the future.
Does not work with Google Home as advertised – They claim it works with Google Home, but it is only the Assistant built into the TV, and that is just glorified voice commands. It can ONLY WORK by pressing a tiny button on the remote (not ideal). To connect the TV to Google Home, the VT must run software version 4. This TV does not get past software version 3.10.60. their website, and their support team told me. If you want this TV to work with Google Home as advertised, do not buy it! I spend 5 days waiting for their team to call me back to troubleshoot. They did not call me back, even after I called them every day. I eventually got on to someone on Saturday. They hung up on me mid-set up process. I called back, waited on hold for 20 minutes for their 'technical support' (at my insistence as you cannot trust them to call you back!). They could not solve the issue as it is known that the software does not get to the base requirements!

Unbelievable quality picture TV – I could not be happier with this incredible TV. We bought a cheaper 4K TV 12 months ago and the difference is staggering. unbelievable. I can't remember the last time I was so happy with a product, especially at the price. I wouldn't even consider any other TV in this price range - LG has knocked it out of the park (and I've never owned any LG product before). Only complaint is the legs are poorly made and snap easily when trying to attach - the screws provided fix the problem easily though.
