Do not buy LG TV and soundbar - doesn't work properly!! – Several issues experienced with soundbar. Support staff continuous advice was to "check the cables". When advised that the cables were good, support staff made various requests for me to supply purchase receipts, photos of model and serial numbers, plus a video of the system in operation, which I did. Their response was "check the cables". Sub-standard support and issue still not resolved after 3 months!!
Very Poor Sound - Disappointed Purchase – First time purchase of LG audio visual products. Purchased LG G4 TV + S95TR (LG 9.1.5Ch 810W Dolby Atmos) sound bar. Sound coming out of the sound bar speakers (front, 2 rear & bass) sounds like a cheap audio system: tinny, lacks midrange & limited bass (lacks depth and sound v. cheap). Not what I was promised or expected to hear for the price LG. Called the shop up yesterday (as I was concerned there was an issue with the purchased product). Spoke with one of the sales representatives, and he confirmed that the sound from my LG soundbar unit I purchased is “in his opinion” poor quality (& I could have got an alternative brand for a much better price). WOW what a disappointment - didn’t expect this! Wish I had run into this sales representative on the day of purchase. LG soundbar sounds very cheap & is rubbish! Don’t purchase it. Do your research & ask around. Make sure you get professional advice before committing to the spend.
