The freezer is working well, The top half of the fridge is not cold. The bottom of fridge freezes. None of the fridge lights are on. Turned it all off for a while. All worked for about 10 minutes. Then lights in fridge went out and the same problem is happening. What do I do now?

I have the same thing happened in my fridge. Freezing the half of the space on the bottom.

The both lights are on freezer section. What is going on?

I have the same problem. Worked about 6 months cost $1399 top half of fridge warm bottom half frozen. Same situation in the freezer side.

I have had my side by side for a while now and was great but now where you change the temperature there isn't a light for the fridge but two for the freezer and now have lost everything in my freezer and my fridge is freezing everything what is going on?
