LG Series 1 8kg Front Load Washer WV1-1208WX

Noisy. Shakes house. Poor wash. Marketed as quiet but incredibly loud. Shakes the windows in the next room. Threw the dryer off so hard it hit opposite wall and left dent in wall, broke the door off the dryer and put a dent in the metal frame. Anything placed on top of it vibrates and jumps off in ten seconds. Friends in the next room have jumped and asked ‘what’s that?’ when it starts spin cycle. Took a month of emailing customer service to get a technician out under warranty for a month old machine. Technician advised that it would be $130 to do anything with it and that it was my fault for having a stump floor, and that you couldn’t have a front loading machine on a stump floor. (I’ve had front loading machines before without this issue and stump floors are very common in Australia). Also said three towels must be very carefully placed in order to not overwhelm the machine. Three months later customer service called to advise my whole warranty is void because machine is on a stump floor. If a machine cannot work on one of the most common floors around, it should have a warning on it saying so, and I would not have bought it.
