Good and bad at the same time – This soundbar has a split personality. Its an atmos bar and when you run a dedicated atmos demo it really does sound great but watch a movie and its like it gets overloaded in the Good parts and just becomes a muffled mess. The sub and rears drop out occasionally but the last update it got seemed to reduce the frequency but it still does it. Not Good enough for the price but there's potential here

Faulty product - will break one month out of warranty – I have googled the issue of peoples subwoofer that stops connecting with this product. There are COUNTLESS complaints about the same thing. It is a faulty PCB board that stops working just after 12 months of use. I now have a $1200 sound system with a subwoofer that no longer works- 1 month out of warranty! Must be some kind of joke LG is playing. I wonder if they will be helpful and offer to repair the sun considering we have barely used the product, and it is weeks out of warranty.
