LG TWINWash WV5-1409W-WTP20WY

Great option for big and small wash LG TWINWash WV5-1409W-WTP20WY – I recently purchased the Twinwash 9kg/2kg front loading LG washing machine . I have already washed sheets using the Allergy cycle (took over 3 hours) so I probably will only use this cycle occasionally. I have washed clothing using the Quick 30 cycle but because I chose highest spin cycle, it took a little longer. What I don't like about this machine is a cosmetic reason, the smokey glass on the door - I can't see the clothing being washed (in case too much suds).

There is a good selection of options for washing including two cycles with the steam option. A max 1400 spin cycle means that washing is dry in a few hours. I have yet to try delicates cycle.

This particular model I can link up to my home wifi and operate remotely. Once the load is finished, I get a notification on my mobile phone - it also tells me how much time is left on a particular load.

I used the 2kg washing (positioned under the main washer) which operates like a top loading machine on cold water only. Great for teatowels and wash cloths or smaller loads - this took about 35 mins. I was concerned that the spin cycle was only 800 but was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency of extracting water which meant less drying time.

I purchased this machine as a factory second and so far have been very satisfied with the product. I have owned (and still do) a number of LG items over the past 25 years and have not ever been disappointed with the peformance or durability of their product.
