8k video files and the quality of this unit is unmatched.. Never going back to any other brand every again.. LG has won my respect by producing the most impressive TV i have ever used. and I've gone though over 8 flat panel sets.

Best TV I have ever owned – Very smart TV. Nice clear picture with great sound. Remote is easy to use especially at night. Easy to install and set up. Has option to tape any shows. Can connect computer to the tv. Also has 3D option. I have had not one problem with this tv I love everything about it.

Nice TV..... BUT – With out a doubt the best TV I have ever owned until you try to claim warranty on it just 9 months after purchase. You have to ring Manilla in the Philippines and after they ask you for all the personal information under the sun and put you on hold for 20mins, they then ask you to remove the 40+kg TV from the wall mount to give them the serial… Read more

number. No claim if you are not willing to risk damaging the TV doing this. After you submit to all the ridiculous requests from them and decide to just pay for the repairs and parts yourself, you then have to wait for parts to be imported to South Australia and then sent to you in Queensland and that takes 5-10 days. So good luck with LG. NOT HAPPY!!! don't do it. Buy an more expensive brand that has good after sales support. And I guarantee this will all happen at Christmas time when all the family are around with the kids wanting to watch movies and sports on TV.

Good product, fast processor and great picture – Picture quality is awesome especially if you watch 4K content. Sound is amazing. Magic remote works well. 3D is not that good though and should have just stuck with the model without the 3D. The only negative is that when you are recording free to air TV, you can't change the channel due to the TV having just one tuner.

Editing review - Satisfied – I gave this tv a 4 star review when I first bought it, but now after a few months it is no longer working that well. The WebOS needs to be rebooted very often to get Youtube and SBS On Demand to load. This TV had a firmware update and after that it just didn't work as well anymore. again - seems to be back to working well again. I've owned this tv for 8 months now, and I don't regret buying it.

Fantastic in everything-image, design, usability and audio, yes audio!! – Just got my LG 49" TV and totally happy with my choice - LG! the design is great, the smart remote makes navigating soooo easy! and the Harman Kardon speakers are pretty impressive! I won't need a sound bar! Image quality is excellent but this is depending on what you're watching.
