6/12/25 EDIT: LG eventually sent a technician to replace the dial, which was great. I say eventually because the online chat and numerous phone calls were unsuccessful for weeks. You must provide a video of the dial and a pic of the product number for the online chat. Good luck with supplying a video under 10Mb. I think there is one lady singlehandedly doing all the phone enquiries. _____________________________

Washes well, but the dial stopped working after 12 months. It takes us 15 minutes of pulling, pushing and/ or gently turning the dial to get the washing machine to start. LG chat revealed it could be a number of faults, not just the dial.

When I compare it to my previous washer of 25 years, it's disappointing that the most basic component, selecting a wash type, does not work!
