Leaking washing machine – We are now onto our 3rd washing machine, within 3 weeks of a new one being delivered it is leaking from underneath again. Apparently a newer model. The positive news we never took out product care on them, they had failed prior but only noticed the first leaks just after 2 years old. The positive news your wondering, LG covered them under warranty and replaced no questions asked, there is no one here to service them so I guess that helped. We are now considering another brand, which we should have done last time. Customer service 5 star. That’s hard to get.

Pathetic – Do Not Buy a LG Washing Machine, Shortly after buying this machine the door seal went there was hesitation about replacement , now the 2nd door seal has gone . Have a 5year warranty , the Service hand came this morning said the seal wasnt covered . WTH. Basically they will not honour the CLAIM THE EXTENED WARRANTY IS Worthless No one in my family will buy any LG product again minus 10 stars

LG Please – This is the second LG washing machine our household has had the pleasure of owning over the last 15 years. Yep, 2008…. That’s a looonnnggg time ago.. We picked up our new LG washing machine as our previous one had sadly had its day and succumbed to the great laundromat in the sky. We have no idea how our machine compares against other machines, we’ve only ever had LG. We’re not a laundromat, we’re just a household. We could be a laundromat, but not today thanks…
About our machine. It looks great, fits in well in our laundry and is easy to use, load up, ad in all the detergents and fabric softener and then leave it to do it’s thang! Additional program settings can be downloaded from the LG website providing additional value, allowing a greater user experience.
Only thing of note is the spin cycle can be a bit loud. Depending on where your laundry is situated, this may be no issue at all. We can’t hear the machine in operation when upstairs, but some genius designed our house to have the laundry right next to our lounge room. The flaming lounge room, so basically that can be an annoyance when we’ve got Travel Guides on tv.
Overall though, it’s a beast of a machine and does the trick for our family of 4.

Great washing machine – Awesome front loader washing machine. Had it for a few months now and have had no issues. Lots of different functions for different clothes and it is reasonable quiet, no banging around or anything.
