purchase decision. I have IBD and experience severe gut pain and burning. Before taking the broad‑spectrum probiotic capsules, I had frequent flare‑ups. I’ve tried both the broad‑spectrum formula and the bowel‑specific probiotics. With the bowel‑specific ones, my IBD flared just as often as it did when I wasn’t taking anything. But with the broad‑spectrum probiotics, I’ve noticed less gut pain, better tolerance to spicy foods, and fewer IBD flare‑ups compared to when I’m not taking them. It could be coincidence, but I’m enjoying the relief, so I plan to continue unless something changes. One thing I’m still curious about is the CFU count. If the tablets contain a certain number of CFUs, does that mean a single dose is enough to meaningfully populate the gut microbiome for a certain period of time?

Unfortunately I didn’t see much change after 3 weeks.it looks like live bacteria are dead. Capsules are also looks like plastic. I don’t recommend to anyone. All reviews in chemist warehouse website are made from anonymous reviews. It’s all fake. Be aware

This has continued for over 2 weeks and I am impressed with the overall improvements in my gut health. I will continue taking these probiotics for sure as the improvements they give me are tangible and worth every cent they cost.

I highly recommend giving these probiotics a go as I was very sceptical at first but now realise I had been missing out on actual real health benefits, so glad I tried these out.

Waste of money – This product did nothing for me. I switched to another brand that requires refrigeration, and it worked.

longer trust this company and have been a long term user of their product. Ignoring customers seeking basic storage stability information is unacceptable and not a mark of a reputable company as far as I am concerned. I have lost confidence in them and their product, given that this is something I have been ingesting and therefore apply a higher level of diligence to compared with other consumer products.

Take with caution!! – I bought the Triple Strength Capsules to improve my gut health. It certainly improved my regularity but oh the methane!
