I saw such a big improvement with my dogs' coats and overall well-being, I started taking them myself.

My hands and skin I've noticed, have become very smooth. My hands were always dry., now they are not. I stopped taking them for about a month and noticed the decline in my hands, hair and skin. I started taking them every morning again and my skin, hair and the dryness in my hands have improved dramatically again. I'm taking seven per day and I'm giving my German shepherds four each morning. We take them together.

I am now convinced, using myself as my own guinea pig, and my dogs, that Lifestream spirulina tablets makes a massive difference to our overall well-being. I'm on a disability pension and I still make sure that these are in my budget. I'll never stop taking them again and I'll always be giving them to my dogs as well. Thanks Lifestream. nauseous, mainly because of the horrendous taste. Especially during my work, I am a PT by the way, I don’t want to keep running to the bathroom. I can’t just run off to take a dump, especially in the middle of a clients training session or while teaching Zumba. I need to be concentrating, not defecating.

Surely there’s a much pleasant way to nourish your body. All the rumbly grumbly discomfort negates any super health benefit of this product. They should discontinue this product before more Australians puke.

Terrible – I paid $21.95 for this product and will never buy it again. The Synergy brand is far superior in taste. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone in its current form. 10% extra free (supposedly). When the powder is mixed with banana and orange juice it tastes disgusting and smells wrong. Each time I've had it I've nearly vomited. In tablet form its hard to swallow due to the size and lack of coating on the tablets.
