Rubbish – Bought 3 units, written instructions are ridiculous not just by the size of the print (extremely small) but lack detail and methodology of how to connect, and yes I tried 2.4ghz. The first one I tried to charge but the camera will not stay on for more than 30 seconds. Yet to try the other two units. The software app once you download for apple is populated by multiple ads that look like part of the program until you realize there is some small print at the top to continue to the next page of the app. What makes it more farcical is that the Help page is written in Chinese. Ridiculous product

Product doesn't work - refund rudely refused – 1 star is too many. The product doesn't work - and a refund was rudely refused. They called me a liar. It is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. It's worse than a scam - it's highway robbery with all the abuse you'd expect from a highway robber.

Its a Gimmick – it arrives in a plastic zip lock bag, doesn't look new at all, probably someone else's returned product I suspect, you need a magnifying glass to read directions, I asked for a refund and this is the response I got - you need 2.4G wifi, it will last for only 2 hours monitoring, that's if you can get it to connect to your wifi. It is absolute rubbish, the advert on FB paints a completely different picture, this is not worth $100 its a piece of junk, dont be scammed by the high quality advert.

Scam, Scam scam – What a pack of rubbish it comes in a small plastic bag, doesn’t look new at all and I certainly don’t expect it will work. Had to wait almost a month for it to get here and it is complete rubbish not even the usb is long enough to plug in anywhere within reach, the flimsy magnet is another lot of rubbish.
