OK for a while, but got the usual problems – I agree with others here. Noisy and then the bearings in the motor finally went after 10 years. The switch for all four lamps also stopped working, and would require changing the board.

Worked for 10 years but very noisy – We regreted from the moment we started to use it as it is too noisy. Therefore, we only turned it on when it was very necessary and chose the lowest speed. Now it died aged 10 years. It is a bad news that we have to spend a lot to replace it. It is a good news that we say goodbye to the noise. Show details

GLASS CANOPY EXPLODED – We have had this glass rangehood for 6 years. It is extremely noisy to the point you can't have a conversation with the person standing next to you while it is on, even on the lowest level. However, this wouldn't make me write a bad review. top, kitchen floors and even up to 5 metres away. The Glass Canopy had shattered into tiny pieces. It has damaged our benchtop and grateful that no-one was standing nearby when the explosion happened as it would have caused serious injury. We have had constant temperatures and no indication that this a possibility. PLEASE be careful

Love it! – I've had this rangehood for 5 years and it's still as good as new. It looks sleek and stylish and doesn't dominate the kitchen like some rangehoods do. The halogen lights are great for cooking and I love the low-med-high fan speeds because you generally only need the slightly noisier high speed for a couple of minutes at a time.

Not good news – Bought this range hood 6 years ago and has been good but very noisy. Last night something broke....dreadful sound of bearings or fan hitting on something. Hoping to get it fixed....trying to find service contact details. I hope there is no problem getting this repaired as it wasn't cheap. Wish me luck. Looks good and removes fumes etc Noise, noise and more noise
