Bad – I would not purchase this product again. I think you are better off spending a little more for a better product. Great design however does not wash and dry as well as I would hope. Concealed buttons on dishwasher door. Affordable price as we got it on sale. Good looking. Does not wash well. Does not dry well. The buttons on the door have pictures that do not explain the wash cycles. Noisy on certain stages of wash cycle.

Bad – The dishwasher looks great and washed my dishes really well while it was working, but I am concerned about it's reliability, and having to deal with think australia again, unless my experience gets better I wouldn't look at this brand again. I purchased this dishwasher because I liked the look and price of it, the hidden buttons are great as I have a one year old that likes to press any buttons and was constantly turning my old dishwasher off, once I spotted this feature I didn't consider any other model, I also like how easy it was to adjust the height of the top level, overall I thought it was a great dishwasher. Five weeks after purchasing the dishwasher three weeks after having it installed it broke down, and am now dealing with think australia, not fun at all, it took me two days to actually speak to someone and five days later am still waiting for someone to look at it, and I am now dreading the time I will waste on hold trying to speak to someone at think australia

Good – good dihwasher, 3 year warranty and great price, what more could you ask for? cleans perfect and the adjustable shelves are better then the click designs on other manufacturers, think has a great service dept and when you register your warranty they are more than helpful. very god design, concealed buttoms are great, i have a little girl and she cannot touch them, good water rating, and energy, far superior to my old one i dont have anything i do not like about it
