Keeps dropping out, poor battery life, no hard-wire option – Was given these as a gift. They're terrible. * They have an issue where if a low wifi signal is detected it will try to cycle through to find a stronger one. Only the cycling does not stop and if, like 99.9% of people, you only have 1 wifi router it will just keep cycling through, connecting and disconnecting. * Related to the above, it seems… Read more

the bar is set pretty high for wifi quality. I have the wifi antenna 3 feet away from me and it still searches for a stronger signal.

* Again, related to the above, there is no way to simply plug the head phones in with a cable. There is no back up headphone jack.

* Battery life is poor.

* Battery life warning is random. Often it just shuts off with no warning. Sometimes it will beep hours before it needs a recharge. A simple 4 or 5 LED light system would have been great but nope.

Sound quality is good, but overall it's incredibly frustrating to use and poorly thought out.

Okay headset for gaming and communications, sound quality okay only – I have been using Logitech G930 for a few months now, it is an okay headset. The sounds quality is alright, but not great. The sound is clear, however, lacking bass. The communications might be disconnected once in a while. The battery life is okay only, it will last for a day. Hence, you need to make sure that you charge the headset after using it.  Show details

Problems – I purchased two of these G930 headsets the first one lasted about a month and then it started turning itself off. returned it to the shore and got a replacement, they have been working for almost a year now with any problems. Second set lasted almost a year then the sound would just cut in and out if you had the cord plugged in, When the core… Read more

was not plugged into them they would randomly turn off.

The battle life is about 2 hours of non stop use, No where near the 10 hours Logitech is stating.

Warning! Do Not Buy Logitech Headset – Do not buy any logitech wireless usb headset! Until they fix the LGS (driver) issue, I have owned G930 for a year, to replace my famous "brokn Joint" G350 and my friend has G933, all of them have the disconnect and reconnect issue. And you won't be able to fix it. For a year Logitech has failed to fix this issue with their LGS, that means there… Read more

is something really wrong with the design. Just don't believe me and go on read the comments on logitech support forum, Logitech has really faked it up big time.

Just, skip Logitech headset at this time!

Awsome Gear – I've had many headsets for gaming ranging from Turtle Beach to Sennheiser but these are by far the best. True dolby and fully rechargeable wireless you just can't go wrong. Some reviews say the distance is pretty bad but my set is quite the opposite. I Can still talk on Teamspeak and listen to in-game sounds when outside having a smoke outside… Read more

and that's through 3 rooms (4 walls)which is at least 20 meters distance.

Software is great to use with multiple functions but the best has to be that if you lift the mic boom to its raised position, it mutes your mic. Such a simple idea but I use it a lot due to nagging wife/ kids etc. Much easier than trying to find a mute button on the side of your headset.

Don't waste 400 bucks on something slightly better. These really do the job. Sound, wireless, dolby, raising mic boom mutes chat.

Connects and Disconnects – Spend a lot, to get connected and disconnected all the time, Its frustrating when you are playing games like farcry3 or fallout and then find you suddenly have no sound for 20 to 30 seconds because the headset resets itself. The good thing about this headset though is that you can use it while it charges and with a long cord it makes it easy to… Read more

plug in while you are using it. For the price i would have expected a lot better quality product. The microphone on the headset seems different. My friends tell me that i sound totally different with this headset and it is less clear than say the Plantronics Audio 995 Wireless Stereo Headset.

Though the surround sound features are great and voice morphing is fun sometimes. It does not make up for the connection to reset while in the middle of a game or movie or in conversation..

Disappointed Quality sound, voice morphing, choice of surround sound, preset or customized buttons for any other application that uses headsets Resets itself frequently while in use

Great headset – The G930 has quite a bit to offer. The sound is reasonably good. It has deep lows and clear highs however I have found that once you reach a volume level of around 90/100 it starts to distort. The surround sound is also good. You can hear your enemies coming just like it says on the box. The wireless range is not to bad but it would be nice… Read more

to have it a little more powerful. In a building with thick walls it tends to drop in and out of range but for it's intended purposes (Gaming) it is brilliant.

The battery life is good. I seem to get the 10hrs it says on the box and charging times are reasonable.

There is a pretty big weakness, it's not the headset itself but the dongle. If you have it plugged directly into a USB port (not using the base) it can very easily be bent or broken. I almost snapped mine. This could have been made stronger.

At $169 this is a pretty good headset and I was quite surprised by the performance. Good sound, Good value, Just excellent for gaming. Wireless dongle is not overly strong.

Terrific Headset – I bought this so I can watch my Home and Away on my laptop in cinematic surround sound so I don't keep anybody awake after 8:00 p.m also I don't have to worry about batteries because I thought it was an excellent price of $158 with postage of 13.20 from Blacktea Tech. Also I can talk to people on MSN or Skype with it. It is very easy to use… Read more

and you can connect it to your laptop or your Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Pro and the sound is wonderful. The sound is very loud.
