Cheap and not worth it I had to get a pair to get me through whilst changing jobs and getting a decent headset. Light weight, and quite comfortable and battery does last a full day of use. Other than that, an absolute pain in the backside. It will stop working randomly, you sort out the settings and features again just for it to the do the same thing within a week. You'll get volume working but not the mic or vice versa, or you'll be able to get one program working with both but the moment you log into another everything behind the scenes deafens.
Every fix takes you through 18 steps and even if you do get it functioning for more than a week the mic is often tinny and has awful feedback.
Don't do it. For a logitech product it's extremely disappointing.
Purchased in at Officeworks for $104.
Average Audio, Poor Call Quality – Purchased these to replace a pair of average work headphones. The make of the headset is great, they're super light and fit comfortably - the plastic doesn't feel overly cheap and the colour is nice. The audio is average and considering this headset has been created with Teams meetings in mind, they're really lacking when it comes to audio calls.
They have zero noise cancellation, this basically means the headset picks up every single noise around you - I work half in an office and half from home. I can barely hear people when I'm working in the office, it's open plan and multiple people will be on calls at times.
Working from home is much the same, I will try to listen to music or be on a call and can hear my partner on the other side of the house loading the dishes or just walking around. It's incredibly distracting and I really wish I didn't spend $150 on these and instead spent more on a better headset.
The audio can be quite tinny to boot and I find the boom mic pulldown a bit awkward to catch with my finger.
I wish I could return the headset but I've already ditched the box and have been using the headset for a few weeks.
