Loop Experience Plus Earplugs

Dodgy company, they deliberately make it extremely difficult to organise the standard refund they advertise, and are impossible to speak to, because they keep using the same automated reply and sending you around in circles. I only got a response from someone directly after I left a bad review. They deliberately make everything difficult so that you'll give up trying and the returns period will lapse. After 4 months of being sent in circles, I finally got a return slip to send them back, and they were received by the company 2 weeks ago, but they still haven't refunded me.

Not recommended . Ordered Switch 2 and tried to cancel as I was unsure if it was correct for me. Emailed them 4 times in two hours after ordering. No reply. Also then found Amazon had them AUD$15 cheaper than the Loop website!!! Reply came when items were close to arrival. No solution. I tried the items and found they did not work after attempting all plugs, adjustments and settings. After a dozen emails back and forth (they appeared to be automated or scripted)- no solution. Sent me back to the website which only offered replacement not refund as required by Australian Consumer Law. After spending some time on the website I found that I could get a refund minus a "credit card" fee of $3.95. Got the refund quickly to my account and was not required to return the item.
These products appear and feel very cheap. They must cost the company practically nothing for them to not want them returned and a cheap write off.
All communication appears to be AI so be forewarned. This is a wall between companies and customers.

Relief from unbearable noise, finally! – Purchased to wear at work to block out excessive noise. Job requires that I supervise up to 150 children in an open shed structure. The noise can be horrific and I found it to be causing me anxiety. These enable me to still safely supervise without the problem of dealing with unbearable noise that I found very distressing. I do find that I sound echoey in my own head, but the reduction in noise is worth it. They are comfortable to wear and I look forward to giving them a go at my next concert experience.

Perfect for concerts! – The Loop Experience earplugs are honestly a game changer for concerts. I can't recommend them enough! I also pop the mute option in for sleeping... hello perfect nights sleep.

I don't know how I lived without these – I don't like loud noises, they physically hurt my ears (it is called Hyperacusis) and simply make my life miserable. I tried everything, noise cancelling headsets worked, but were bulky and hard to wear every day. Then I found Loop Earplugs, WOW, I have about 10 pairs now and can't live without them. During the days I wear Experience Plus, which are designed to block a lot of noise, but still allow you to hear people talking to you, as they have a sort of channel to allow sounds in, but they really help block loud noises, and they have an insert to mute it further. I wear mine all day at work and carry them everywhere.
At night I wear the version called Quiet, which blocks out most sound.
