The worst airline in the entire world!! – Seriously the worst airline in the entire world!! They didn't only cancelled my flight from Moscow 2 months ago, but they didn't tell me about it!!! No email, no call, nothing!!! They didn't care about me overstaying my visa because of the cancelled flight and I had to chase it and PAY for it!!! Then when I got eventually to Warsaw I have asked 3 times!!! if they will handle my luggage. I was told, definitely yes, because it's a connecting flight. Then I come to Kosice and of course my luggage is lost!!! I flew with them for the very first time in my life and I will never fly with them ever again and will make sure my friends, family, and followers won't either. They're just the worst and the most unreliable airline I have ever flown with!!!

Don't Count On Them !!!!! – Recently found ourselves in Europe. The Airline we were going to use on a certain leg had gone guts up / bust. We used LOT to get us back to base but had to do two legs to the flight at great cost. Problem is second flight was cancelled so we were left still further from base. Advised by a Rep to leave the airport side and go to the external check in counter to sort things out. Lady at the LOT check in basically was so rude and would NOT listen to our issue and basically told us to go away, not their problem, as they code shared with another Airline ? LOT took our money, LOT produced our tickets and LOT had their flight number on the flight dockets, and we were never told it was a code share. Being in a foreign country and not speaking the local language and being simply told to go away didn't cut it for us. In flight catering also a joke.

Great Airline – I flew numerous amount of times with LOT while on holiday in Poland, because it worked out cheaper and quicker to travel between cities. Their website is clean and easy to navigate through to purchase tickets. Check in at the airport was quick and efficient, with no hassles what so ever. Domestic routes operated using Embraer E series. or depending on demand a Bombardier Q400.

Overall, I found the flights to be comfortable and flight attendants extremely friendly.

All flights only lasted between 55min, however they still offer you a national icon "Prince Polo" chocolate bar and offer you water.

Seats are comfortable with plenty of legroom.

LOT seems to be a very conservative airline and you can tell through the service and how great the flight attendants are.

Only downfall was that flights were often delayed, however I found this to be a common occurrence throughout Europe.
