Not happy with the material of the coffee table – The kona coffee table chips easily and stains easily. Our table got three chips in the first two months we had it. We put it in our alfresco and there are dust stains that don’t come off. Although it looks beautiful, it is not built to last. I contacted customer care and they said that they can’t help.

The only way you can help is replace the table. However, you already said that you can’t do that. What do you mean when you say “assist further”?
