Love N Care Everly Cot

Fault cot – We purchased this cot for my daughters nursery. It had been put together 10 months ago but hasn’t been used. We’ve just noticed the headboard has started cracking and love n care are trying to make out it looks like water damage when there’s been no water in the bedroom. It’s made of mdf board which my partner said is made to swell. For an $800 cot this shouldn’t happen Show details
Great cot of each stage – Easy enough to put together, and easy to change around. My partner though it was a little pricey but it goes from new born to 5 years old this has been a great buy. Show details
Great cot – Took a few minutes for hubby and I to understand the instructions but once we realised where everything went it only took us about 15 minutes to assemble. Was really easy to assemle, we used a mallet to bang the wooden pieces in (instructions didn’t call for use of a mallet but it helped) The only problem was with the instructions not being super… Read more
clear to begin with but because there aren’t many pieces once you realise which holes are which it was simple.
Absolutely stunning cot, couldn’t be happier with it!
Terrible to assemble – Even though I looked for reviews before buying a cot, I couldn’t find one on this one so I decided to go with it. I read a few reviews about different brands and how hard it was to put together and I thought: but really how hard can it be? I’m very used to putting furniture together and didn’t think it would be a problem. This one should be quite… Read more
easy and the instructions seems easy, until you realise that the screw don’t fit majority of the holes you are meant to put in it. It doesn’t seem well designed and now because we had to push to fit it in, all the painting surrounding the areas we have to work on, came off and is full of chips and teares down quite a bit of the actual furniture. It is quite disappointing given this costs $800 And even though the furniture is already damaged, in the end it didn’t work out and now we have a bigger problem because the screw is stuck in the furniture and we can’t put it together at all. We also bought a chest from the same brand and we will have to pay someone to put it together as we don’t want to damage another furniture and we may have to throw out what we already have because it seems impossible and the wood in the cot is already damaged and tested down which could possibly harm our baby. Very disappointing as well that we called baby bunting to check if they could put it together for us and they said they can’t. Be aware of that. Because now we most likely threw about $800 in the bin if someone can work out how to put the chest together. It’s added stress and added money to pay someone to do a job that should be easy enough to do. Very disappointing!
