Very disappointed with my experience with Luxe cosmetics. The product I’ve received didn’t match the advertising at all.the lash pads very cheap silicone , ineffective and poor quality compared to what was promoted online. I contacted customer support two times requesting a refund and return instructions and received no proper response. I do not recommend this company based on my experience. Be careful before purchasing
Dodgy company and poor product. I purchased the foundation against my better judgement (ie buying makeup as a first time buyer from an online provider) given the assurance of a ‘100% refund if the product isn’t right for you’. When it arrived, I was immediately put off by a strong fragrance similar to talcum powder. As directed I immediately got in touch with their customer service area however did not receive a response (beyond a VA acknowledgement) for 10 days, despite their refunds policy stating they will aim to respond in 24hrs and resolve concerns within 3-5 business days. The response then indicated that the full refund only applies to single item purchases. I could find no reference to this in the refund policy and had an extra foundation added ‘for free’ as part of a promo - I couldn’t remove this from my cart. They initially offered a 20% refund, then a 30% and finally a 50% refund which I accepted just to get out of the excruciating experience.
In short - stay clear, it’s clearly a dodgy company producing a sub-par product.
Beware if purchasing from here, there is ZERO communication/customer service. Order supposed to ship in 1-2 days, it's been 16 days and nothing. Emails go unanswered and you are just ignored, wondering if you've been scammed. My experience with this business rates as one of the worst I've ever encountered, can't even get a refund because no-one will respond to your emails or online queries. I would give no stars if I could.
