SCAM. This shampoo does not work. It says it covers 100% greys. The instructions that came with the bottle sau to apply it on dry hair (so it’s not really a shampoo) which I did first. leave an awful brassy tinge on the ends. Also the bottle on the website said Maison Lumi, but I received a bottle labeled Nova and came from China. The website says Free Shipping Australia Wide which indicates it’s based in Australia. I have contacted the company twice and have not received any response. It cost me AUD$69.99. Could have bought the Nova brand (exactly the same) for AUD$8.96 from Shein. Can’t return it because it’s opened!!! This is a total SCAM
