email back OR my refund. It’s ridiculous. Fix it Makeupnet. How do you run a business this way? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Wasn’t pleased – so my mum brought 3 morphe pallets one as a birthday present for my best friend and 2 for myslef . It was great postage it came with a tracker and everything . But when the package arrived I only recieved two of the pallets my mum had payed for

Not a returning customer – Communication was poor regarding refunds and replying to emails Postage was fast I was double charged for postage (20$) only refunded 5.50 when items were shipped together. When asked to combine shipping. I won't be a returning customer. I have received better customer service from eBay.

again said they would send me out a replacement straight away which they did, the next it arrived , it was the correct one. I asked what they would like me to do with the incorrect eyeshadow ie; should I send it back to them, they replied, no, I should keep it for all the inconvenience . So while there was a bit of a mix up they were completely professional, polite, helpful, apologetic and in return I was not upset and have shopped with them since. They have great prices and stock items we can't get in otherwise in Australia easily , fantastic store and online store (I have shopped at both). Highly recommended!!!!!!

Great Service – Excellent product, delivered the next day! Amazing customer service, would 100% buy from makeupnet again. I bought a morphe eyeshadow pallete from their website and saved myself $30 from buying through them other than the actual morphe website!

Excellent Customer Service! – I bought an item online from these guys and there was an issue (on my side) and they went above and beyond to sort it out. I was so happy that they resolved it for me. I wouldn't hesitate to shop here or recommend to others. Thanks a lot! :)
