Malone Fencing

So nice to use a company who made it so easy, start to finish. Neighbour shared fence had to be replaced. From temp fence (one yard had a pool) to final install of new fence. Whole team were terrific and have done an exceptional job with finished fence. Highly recommend whole team.

Use at your peril – Neighbour's insurance arranged temp fencing using this service. Lack of appropriate management liaison to install and collect. Unauthorised access via neighbouring property. Used intimidation, threat of violence to neighbour when presented with resultant problem. The installing workman was friendly and genuine.

THE best – From start to finish Malone fencing were fabulous. Cass came and did an accurate quote, and was tenacious with following up with the suppliers. Nothing was too much trouble. The fence looks great; precision fitting and even devised a new method of fitting the mini orb. Communication was brilliant 11/10! Will submit pictures once the pool is completed - if I can work out the tech to supply them :)

Treat me nice – Communication not a strong point. Jobs get bumped without notice. You must "look out the window" and that apparently tells you if they are coming or not. given.Aggressive and unkind. Unable to take responsibility for oversights and prefer to make personal slurs and abuse you over the phone. Fencing work generally of a very good standard with a few let-downs and lies that perhaps come from working too many hours. With an attitude change, less aggro, some follow through and kindness, could be a business that I would recommend. Watch this space.

Excellent Service and workmanship – Our fence went down in the recent storm. I txt Cassie early in the morning as our pool was exposed to the street, they had temporary fencing up within the hour. They kept us updated and delivered on time. Have used them in the past and have recommended them to our friends. Great work guys!

run and don't look back – We had double electronic gates replaced that did not fit due to wrong measurements. instead of putting posts back in the concreate were they were came out from they were sat on top of concreate. We complained the gates were ill fitting and looked substandard and would not except gates. We were met with aggressive confrontational blame.

Absolutely terrible avoid at all costs – This lot were engaged by our neighbours to fix a fence and told by our Property Manager to speak to us as the occupiers of the property. be extremely rude to a guest at our house who turned by purely by chance and wondered what these uninvited tradies were doing in our home. They then left rubbish everywhere and when I rang to ask what the hell had happened, they accused me of lying and swore down the phone at me. Terrible service, lied to everyone involved, they did a terrible bodgy job of the fence which looked horrendous, trespassed and stole water and power and then tried to cover it up.

Brilliant! – Courteous, helpful - they do an excellent job. If you have a problem with them, then you are the problem. If your job is delayed, it's probably because someone else's need is greater than yours - have patience. Malone's are worth waiting for.

Abusive and discusting – They failed to communicate with me properly, and abused me for no good reason when I was at work and they were unable to collect the fencing. [name removed] even threatened me that she was calling police saying I was denying access.

Unprofessional and rude – They messed up their schedule and communications, took no accountability for their mistake after abusing, threatening and attempting to intimidate me with the blame. Even when they realised their mistake, they made no attempt to apologies.
