Marble Hill Spring Water

I thought I was the only one having constant difficulty getting the spout out of the box but obviously not. One 10 litre box lasts me 5 days, so I get through quite a bit and would say that half the time it is a struggle to get the spout aligned and out. three occasions in recent times the spout has come apart, and then just now it disintegrated… Read more
so much the entire box was flooded and fell to piec es. I am so sorry to complain and sorry to have to report that I cannot go on with this, so will change brands.
If I could give this a zero star I would. This is the worst packaged water we have ever experienced. We are travellers so empty & store our kettle everyday. The water is never in the kettle overnight. Our kettle was starting to make a funny noise while boiling which made me look in the kettle. There were so many particles in the water..I’ve had to… Read more
continually clean my kettle with vinegar while using Marble Hill water. The video shows the particles which seem to be calcium & the build up around the bottom edges. The kettle had been cleaned 2 days ago. And it leaves a residue on the top of the water also. Plus our drink bottles smelt and had a funny taste after a few hours which we have never experienced before. This is terrible water & should not be on the shelf to purchase.
We regularly buy Marble hill water. Quite often the spout does not line up with the perforated cut access point. Beware - when you struggle to manoeuvre the tap the whole thing comes off. First time all over the bench, this time it flooded the pantry. I wrote to Marble Hill first time to advise what had happened and to see if the alignment was a factory issue. No response. Your packaging is terrible the tap is nowhere near the hole. I just had 10 litres of water leak into my cupboard. Its the last time I buy it. Show details
Do you think you could make it a little more difficult to get the spout out of the carton. Perhaps put it on the other side of the box. Pain in the butt!!!! Show details
Why can't I get in touch with this company, they don't answer the phone, only voice mail and then they never call back and don't answer emails. The water was murky and had flakes of white stuff in it. Disgusting. I am requesting cole show me evidence of the product audit. No way to treat a customer. Show details
Didn't see all the negative reiews another poster mentioned and also didn't see any chunks in it, but do have to say is the worst tasting spring water that is available for purchase. Tastes like unfiltered creek water. Coles and Woolies generic water much better, only bought this as remote town was out of all other brand water. Show details
Never had a problem with this water – So many negative reviews on google maps about this water and i don't get why so i felt the need to prop up the product. SA Water (tapwater) absolutely sucks and makes your mouth feel furry. A Brita filter works great but when you're away, camping or whatever this stuff is a great substitute. Never had sediment, or mud taste like some have said.… Read more
It's good water.
Consume maybe 1 box (10L) a month. Use it solely for camping or working away with no drinking water. Currently getting through 2 boxes a week on a job site.
Water is filthy – My husband purchased a 10L box for the first time whilst shopping, not knowing that I had steered clear after reading some terrible reviews on it a few months back. It wasnt until today that I now see what everyone else is talking about as I have found bits and pieces of who knows what floating around in my glass. Yuk. Some are black pieces and… Read more
some are yellowish cream hard chunks. My dogs wouldn't even drink it yesterday and it was a 36 degree day! Smart dogs.
