clearly advertised as an unlimited subscription with no expiration date and no renewals. It was positioned as a premium tier over their 1-year and 2-year plans.

But what they don’t tell you is this: they redefined that plan as a 3-year subscription at some point after late 2024, without properly updating the product, disclosing the change, or informing customers who already paid for what was marketed as “lifetime” access.

They’ve also added vague fine print and are manually downgrading accounts from unlimited to 3-year terms in a calculated and targeted manner.

When I raised the issue, I was met with copy-paste deflections, followed by rude and retaliatory replies. Support staff even deleted messages from the chat to cover their tracks. Not once did they acknowledge their change in terms or offer a resolution.

This is not an honest business. It relies on upselling “unlimited” subscriptions, rewriting the rules behind your back, and gaslighting, even retaliating against you when you notice.

Avoid Marhaba TV at all costs. If you're an old customer who also got played, please do as I have done in reporting their practices to consumer protection authorities; the more attention they get, the less likely they and any others like them will be able to get away with such practices.

Scammers – Marhaba TV, be aware of new scammers. We bought the product which comes with ultimate subscription, then noticed it has 3 years after arriving. First the seller claimed that is ultimate means for him 3 years but he doesnt mention it, misleading australian consumers, in their website stated 7 days refund, but they won't refund your money, and they dont provide paypal payment

This company is misleading Australian consumers by advertising an "Ultimate" subscription for $299 without disclosing that it has an expiration date.
