This review is specifically about the Heat Tube for Martec's 3 in 1 Bathroom heater. With this in mind, I would also not recommend the unit itself for the reasons you will shortly read. it is important to call out we area 2 person household and the number of times we put the heat tube on in winter is truly not a lot, and the duration the tube would be on is a couple of minutes at any one time. Since we have had this unit (and the other in the spare bathroom, which is even more rarely used) we have replaced the tube in the bathroom we use for the 3rd time now and the rarely used bathroom 2 times. If the heat tubes price was low, you may over-look this. But I've just paid $39.60 for a replacement tube today and I'll be lucky to get one winter out of it. Given the low level of heat the tubes puts out, I'd be better looking for something different to take the chill off the bathroom.
