Buyer Beware – I've got two small bathrooms( toilet and shower) and electrician got these when renovating. Says they have air extraction of 250m/hr which was supposed to be right for the size of our bathrooms. Absolutely useless. Does not remove steam or odours, which was a nuisance as both bathrooms are ensuites. Don't buy this. Have replaced these with another brand and better extraction. The bathrooms that I have used it in is 3m/2m approx and the other one is even smaller.

Ceiling Heater Exhaust – The item gives a great light when heater globes on BUT absolutely useless for heat. Installed on advice of electrician but 3 metre ceilings not accounted for. Luckily still have original exhaust fan linked in so can vent room. An expensive waste of money.
