Masport Bowden Legs

I recently purchased a Masport bowden wood heater from bunnings on the 01/08/25 its been in operation now for 6 weeks and we'll the baffle plate is flaking so is the fire box my old kent wood heater did this after 15 years hence the replacement this cant be normal for a brand new fire also when the fan assist is on high it vibrates again not good but understandable but the baffle and fire box is not
