Rust in glass door – I have had a masport redwood for about 3 years and it has bad rust around the glass door frame

My problem is the rust just did not appear three years later it likely started straight away within the 12 month warranty period But anyway I now now

The Wind Whistling Chime – Having had two Masport Wood Burners before this one, it was the perfect choice on paper to get this one. However all came crashing down once installed. Yeap when it is not burning wood the air tube whistle loudly, look up YouTube - Masport whistling, I only wish we had before buying. However when it is burning it works great and the ash pan is a bonus. Only problem is the whistling. Clearly Masport knew about this as there is evidence on Google to support this, again I wish we had looked before buying. You would think contacting Masport would help but no they do not bother to reply to you. Our dealer contacted Masport and was told not their problem but there is a fix for the whistle but it's not available in Australia. If you are wanting an orchestra in your house this is the perfect heater, otherwise I'd recommend you consider another brand. We totally regret buying this piece of junk metal.
