Incredible chair
An incredible chair, the job I do is very strenuous and taxing on the body I set the chair to exactly where it is sore and the chair goes to work it also puts me to sleep I recommend the chair to anyone that has aches and pains worth every dollar best investment I ever made....even my cat likes it

Hubby and I are both in love with this Chair . I have just had our youngest daughter hubby and family visiting even the two young children wanted to have their turn in his chair. They loved it as much as we do , every day six year year-old said to me nanny can you turn the Chair on within minutes she would be sound asleep in the chair. I have to admit I even have had a snooze in the chair for two hours.

Just awesome
The chair has immediately become a part of my morning routine; something I do before everyone else gets up. I sit, press a couple of buttons, and then I am brought out of reverie by a sudden stillness. I do not know where the lost 20 minutes go, but I suddenly feel ready to face the cruel world and the feeling lasts all day.

Massage Chair
Massage is very good, like the fact that I can choose programs to suit my needs.
The only negative is that I find it hard to get into and out of the chair. The needs of elderly or disabled people should be addressed.
Exactly what we were after!
Firstly, the customer service was amazing from the very first phone call, through to delivery and even after sales follow ups.
In regards to the chair itself, the whole family love it as it caters to multiple needs. My partner for general massage, myself for lower body relaxation and our sons for recovery massages after Rugby and Basketball. It's been a big hit so far... I think I've earned myself some bonus points for this gift!

Please BEWARE of this company that imports cheap Asian made products. I was made to post a "good review" if I wanted a refund for the crumby chair they sent. I spent well over a month negotiating with them for the "Money Back Guarantee" which is not worth the paper it is written on. All this time they were still taking payments out of my bank account! Very shifty and dishonest people!! (Kept the emails for proof).
Hello, I also wish they "cud" oops Could have taken better care of me as a client. Many of their reviews are written 'in house' (later found out) and are not true public reviews. I'm sure that you can make money with the chair (or sections thereof). My problem was with the company as such and that is why emails etc, are kept.
Sorry but you are a bit too far for me to travel, however I do see Qualified Masseurs on a regular basis, as I have for many years. Between podiatry (for legs and feet) and physiotherapy (for general targeted massage), I find the personal touch is very well covered in my area, and better than just a vibrating chair. :) You will also find that I purchase many other items off Ebay and submit my honest review on price, delivery, and performance of products. I am not being personal but please refrain from vague {address ethers i cud} non understandable phrases. If you mean "others I could", please install Spell Check. Thank You.
