This is a great product. My whole family love my Masseuse massage chair and I think it even gives them an excuse to visit. The heat function adds comfort along my back and has been great in winter. The most amazing surprise valentines day gift I could ever have given to my husband – I purchased this newer massage chair to replace an 10yr plus model that whilst still fully functioning model I was unable to use it. his older model massage chair however I had noticed a decline in any real relief from using the older chair. Now I purchased this model based on my particular medical needs. I am bedridden I have functional neurological disorder FND which means that every time I try to standup I passout cold each and everytime. I have had severe damage done to my whole body from the crazy amounts of falling that I have experienced since 2018 when I was first diagnosed with FND. I also have had x3 broken tail bones, x1 broken neck, also have Bulging discs with sciatica down both legs. I spoke to the sales representative who helped guide me towards this particular model of massage chair which he said would most benefit me as it was designed with more features than the cheaper models. Whilst I did buy it 13th Feb last minute I was able to get it delivered the very next day Feb 14th valentines day. So we wheeled out our old chair to make way for the new. It was light years apart from our older chair. My husband was pleasantly surprised and confused as to why now do we have a newer model massage chair when our older model still works and he would get a reasonable massage each day after work..I told him that whilst the model was picked out to help me particularly with my FND condition to help to try retrain my brain to stop thinking that everytime I try to standup I passout... I was told by my neurologist I needed to try touch therapy which I couldn't afford to have a massage each day by a person coming to my home. So I've been left bedridden and unable to walk on my own at all since 2018. So I finally got to have my chance in the massage chair after waiting for each member of my family to give it a try first. Each person tried it and was so amazed at how much more advanced this newer model is compared with the older model. Which still works and is today being sent on down to Goulburn to give to a friend as it still has quite a long way to live for yet it still does a great massage but it just isn't comparable to this newer model at all they are technologically light years apart from each other So I was able to get into the chair finally it was my turn. Well the massage was incredible. This massage chair may really help me retrain my brain to reconnect with my neurological channels that seemed to have cut off my ability to function in the normal manner it sees me standing up as a threat of dangerr which then causes my body to shut down all body signals between my brain to my body so then it goes into protect mode and basically turns off all normal brain functions which then causes me to blackout cold on the floor each and everytime. Now whist I am bedridden 24hrs per day. I have been able with alot of assistance get out of my bed slip into the massage chair for a couple of hours each day. The very first time I fell asleep whilst using the chair the massage was incredible. I was so amazed at the improvement in just the technology this newer model has compared to my older model. They just can't be compared they are just so technically advanced this model blows my older model of chair out of the water.im able to now incorporate this massage chair into a few days a week at least but I am hoping to one day be fully able to get into the chair on a daily basis to give me that touch therapy massage treatments that my neurologist recommends for me to try to retrain my brain to not fearing everything as danger therefore shutting off my mind to the world an me passing out I'm now hopeful that I may have a beneficial massage chair that can deliver a perfect type of massage that our older model just simply can't compete with at all. My husband loved his surprise valentines day surprise gift he was so keen to get into the chair that I had to wait over 2hrs before I was able to get him out of it so I could give it a try. It was so amazing I've never had that type of massage ever even from a professional massage therapist. So all I can say about this massage chair and this model it is light years apart from our older version of massage chair Whilst still a fully functioning massage chair who our friends will love and get to enjoy for many more years to come the two models are so technically different it's incredible. I am so impressed by this massage chair that I'm hopeful that even if it doesn't make my brain reconnect my body to itself and realise that not every movement I make doesn't cause me to passout. I'm looking forward to sitting in this chair each day as part of my treatment plan for my body and my level of injuries but if it does nothing else to help me retrain my brain to reconnect with its body functions in the normal way anymore. I'm at least happy to know that if I'm able to get out of bed each day and get placed into the massage chair that that can only help to benefit me personally just to be able to get out of bed and reap the benefits that the massage chair offers to me

It will help keep my circulatiom working properly throughout my body it'll help make me want to try and get out of bed each day to sit in the chair for a few hours each day to incorporate it into my recovery of hopefully my body correct functioning but if that doesn't happen it's at least getting me up out of my bed and trying to give myself some type of touch therapy which can only become as a positive in my daily life challenges. So if I had to compare this model of massage chair to my old chair which our good friends will now get many years of enjoyment out of it. I simply am unable to compare them as there is just so much smarter technologies in this newer model of massage chair that all I can say is its amazing. So thankyou for helping me not only pick the right model of chair to help with my needs but to help me give my husband something to be able to come home after a long 12hr+ day of work and be able to sit Into and relieve his sore back and all his back pains he gets from long hours commuting to Sydney everyday he now gets to come home and enjoy a restorative massage that makes him feel so much better at the end of a long day. have brought massage chairs that are wrong, Rez fully listened to me asked me lots of questions about why I’m buying one what I was going to use it for, then guided me to the right size right chair for my body and what I actually needed it for, then helped me with the extra warranty and service for someone to put it in and set it up, and the young men who came were AMAZING I’ve got horrible stairs and they not only found a way to get up them they put it together and took away the rubbish, from being to end this company have been amazing the chair has helped with all the pain I’ve been in and helped my husband who had a motorcycle accident and his injury it’s helped my daughters recovery from horse accident, so not only does this chair benefit me but the rest of my family, the chiro massage chair fits the bill and will save me lots of money and time going to a massage therapist where it just didn’t work for me, so a huge thank you to Rez hollie and the young men who all helped choose the best fit for me, a massage chair is not just a chair you need to make sure you buy the right one as there NOT all the same
