The chair itself has exceeded our expectations and we use it daily. Not only does it help alleviate aches and tender spots, it is also very relaxing and a great way to switch off with some nice ambient music. Our favorite settings are Thai massage, Chinese massage, Relieve muscle as well as using one spot in manual mode to get a specific area. Most of the presets are very good and we go between most of them when we want something different. The heat belt is also very good, as well as the calf and foot rollers.

We’ve had this chair for three weeks now, and we absolutely love it. It’s one of the best purchases this year—reliable, easy to operate, and with just a couple of button presses, I’m set for a relaxing 20 to 40 minute massage. I also love the convenience of having it at home; I can use it anytime instead of booking a massage and driving elsewhere. The company also offers excellent after-sales service.

I was able to try before buying and I did choose a different chair - it ticked all the boxes and we couldn’t be more happy. The delivery people and installers were excellent. We have had the chair for 3 weeks and my husband uses it daily. I use it less frequently but we differ on our favourite programmes.
