Great steam cleaner efficient and easy to use – Steam cleaner makes wooden floors really clean and floats over them for quick cleaning. It is excellent for tiles area. The accessory for sink and toilet cleaner gets all the soap scum and marks and they look so clean and germ free. Its great to have a double tank as you can keep cleaning without having a waiting time to resteam or the motor cutting out. Just love not putting chemicals everywhere and killing the germs off in areas the family uses all the time. Only concern is checking for replacement accessory parts.
Purchased in at OZ - AUCTION.
Buy a Mop its More Reliable – Its marketed as a commercial steam cleaner and although it might look the part its poorly designed and badly made. How it was ever sold at $495.95 is an absolute mystery and probably something worth investigation by the ACCC. When it works, or should I say if it works it does a reasonable job. However, it will be short lived, and I was happy to put it back in its box and send it right back to where it came from. If my experience is anything to go by then save your money and buy a mop and some cleaning wipes.
Purchased in at Catch for $159.97.
Terrible. Very heavy and hose is flimsy and keeps losing power. Would not recommend – Too heavy to lift and hose too flimsy. Keeps losing power. Used at least twice a week. Have to fill twice. Never recommend. Poorly designed. Needs much more durable hose.
Purchased at 2nds World Online store for $150.
Great pressure steam cleaner that really works – My floor is really clean. The double tank gives continuous steam cleaning and my floor really looks and feels clean. I've got other steam cleaner but it didn't clean well. After reading great reviews, decided to give it a go. I'm happy.

Worked just fine the first time and then water started pouring out of the nozzle instead of steam – Extremely dissatisfied with this product that was purchased through Kogan. It worked just fine the first time. When we tried it again a few weeks later we noticed that water was pouring continuously through the nozzle instead of just steam. Normally, water would pour for a second or two then stop and you were able to use the steam cleaner. This time it just keeps pouring out until the tank is empty.
Contact Kogan who advised to contact manufacturer directly. Pretty pathetic I must say.
Contact Manufacturer and am still waiting on a response but I though I'd share my view on this particular product. In my opinion it's a decent steam cleaner if it works. The previous model was discontinued and had really bad reviews so am not too confident that this would be any different.
Just hoping the replacement doesn't give trouble as well. But if water pours out it defeats the sole purpose of a steam cleaner..
Don't get me wrong, Kogan products are cheap and decent. An Aircon I purchased from them years ago still works perfectly but what I didn't appreciate was a negative sort of response from Kogan. Instead of being absolutely positive and saying "we'll get your sorted, send us bla bla bla" they said contact manufacturer as this will be quicker. Through us it will take time. We'll it doesn't take time to collect money does it?
Anyway this review is for the product so I've leave Kogan out of this

Received replacement which worked twice and has now started to have the same issues. Product and brand is questionable. Not worth persuing for a fix any more. Will consider it a loss, a bad investment and move on. Never again will I purchase anything that has a maxkon brand name on it, neither do I recommend it. Try at your risk and be prepared for disappointment
