If you asking it worthy? Sorry I don't suggest it – Due to lack of knowledge, I did pretty silly thing. when I saw this machine, I was feel I bought the wrong product. It can steam the small area, and make a lighter clean. But it can only working in the small area, for me I have to clean the big area, it really do need to buy this. For clean the hard surface, rather use the mop or cleaning machine. For the carpet, small area is OK.  Show details

THIS SITE IS A SCAM – Why are all the SAME feedbacks put on ALL the different mops review? The ones on here for the Maxkon are the same as for the Danoz H20 mop. These review sites are a scam!!!!

Leaves the floor very wet – As I paid under $50 (peanuts) for this product I think I got what I paid for (a monkey). It is my first steam mop and I want to continue to use one but this one leave my floor so wet, it forms puddles that take ages to dry and as my boards are super shiny water marks stand out terribly when dried. I am also worried as we are not supposed to let… Read more

much water onto our boards.

Using it on my upholstered couch didn't remove stains, it just left the material soaked. I tried my mothers steam mop at her house and there was absolutely no water marks so I know there are better brands/models out there.

It is like it doesn't get hot enough and more water than steam comes out. The unit itself is easy to use and creates steam within 20seconds or so, whereas with my mothers we waited over a minute but for much better results.

I wouldn't recommend anyone buy this mop unless you are not worried about the wetness and the marks it leaves when dried.

Packed up within a few months – This mop was a good price at $49. Packed up within a few months, leaking water. Got another one, which did the same thing. When it worked, it did clean the floors well, but it is not reliable to stop working after 6 months. Not worth the trouble. I liked the fact that it was lightweight. Leaking water could put you in potential danger. The water… Read more

went into a puddle on the floor and then cut our power to the house. Fortunately we had RCDs in the meter box. Water and electricity do not mix!! Now I want to find a more reliable brand. Light weight Even though it has a filter, there are no replacements and no way to clean the filter. It stops working quickly and leaks water, which could be a potential fatal risk.

Very happy – I bought this mop from Cash Converters for $12. It had never been used. Personally, I love this little steam mop and it cleans my floor tiles perfectly and it doesn't leave the long mop streaks that conventional mops do. I bought a bag of microfibre cloths and I'm going to make extra pads for it. very easy to use  Show 2 replies

Good for small area of tiles – We've had our steam cleaner for nearly two years now and I use it around once a month for the bathrooms, kitchen and front entrance area. It gets off the main stains that vacuuming just can't, especially water stains in the bathroom, food stains in the kitchen and mud from shoes. I tried it once on a carpet stain and it did seem to lighten it but… Read more

not completely get rid of it.

There are two main inconveniences - the tiles take a while to dry (even with windows open) which can make it slippery and when I push too hard the cloth covers can slip off. Overall, it's an affordable way to keep the tiles clean. Inexpensive, mostly does the job Cloth cover can slip off, floor takes time to dry

Works good but no better than a regular mop – Bought off eBay for $35 and didn't expect much but I'm actually amazed at the job it does. The floors look lovely! I don't like the long non retractable cord that gets in the way and it does leave the floor wet, which takes a while to dry. I was also disappointed about the inability to get near corners or walls. If you think it will remove stains… Read more

you will be bitterly disappointed as well. Overall this steam mop is only about as useful as a regular mop and bucket. Steams up quickly, leaves floors clean, good price. Annoying long cord, can't do near edges or corners, can't remove stains.

Works everytime – I love this mop, it keeps the tiles clean and fresh and cleans up the tiles effortlessly. I have noticed the floor does take awhile to dry but thats fine. I only use distilled water in it and I think thats why it has lasted as there is no calcium or lime build uo. My mother didn't and hers stopped working after 6 weeks. quick, light.easy to use,not backbreaking takes a while to dry tiles

Very Happy With this Mop – I bought my first one in June 2010 and with continual use it finally died in July this year. I purchased another one when on special. It gives a much nicer finish with the blue microfibre pads and dries much quicker. Most of the house has cream tiles and they come up very nice. For the price, this is a very good mop. I would not buy a more expensive one after using the Maxkon. Nothing really. Show 2 replies
