Value for money BUT!!!!!!!!!!! – I used my unit perhaps once a month over the past 9 months & was very happy with the results achieved UNTIL the unit would not steam. After trying all troubleshooting given in booklet, I contacted the place of purchase for advice, believing the problem to be caused by a blocked water filter, as to where I could purchase a water filter, or I would… Read more
like a full refund, thinking the unit I purchased had at least 12 months warranty. The response I received advised the unit is only warrantably apparently for 120 days, this was not the information I read at time of purchase, & there was no offer as to where I can purchase a filter. I am still in negotaion with a refund, & will take the matter further if need be. There is no use selling a unit if spare parts cannot be purchased! It appears that the warranty period has recently changed to 120 days. As we all know, Maxkon are not contactable & I do not recommend that anyone purchase any of Maxkon's products for this reason. The end result cord not long enough, water tank not big enough

steamer section out of the body to use as a portable steamer. The button that has to be kept pressed in is difficult to hold & makes use of the machine awkward. The fittings are not difficult to change & the holder that they come in is handy.
Difficult to hold in the steam buttons on both the mop & steamer body section.
