Disappointing....fryer basket fallen apart – Cooking results are good. Its easy to clean & store but its disappointing that the clips on the basket door have already broken!!! I've contacted the supplier & I had to send a photo of the broken basket & now I have to pack it up & return it. They will then replace it. Should just be replaced as the photo is proof enough that its broken. Won't be buying from Crazysales again.  Show details

Passable – Waited for 6 weeks before it arrives, coz it went missing in the post. First impression is that it's a bit too bulky for the bench top and storage, but it quite light to carry. The recipe in the box was hopeless. The English was badly written and the recipe was meant for a different model coz the booklet talks about buttons that don't exist on my… Read more

machine. So I have to do trial and error to learn how to use it. But once you master it, it's quite a good machine.

Spare parts – Used at least once a week since new (May 2017) have no complaints, however now the heating element has broke and can't seem to find any spare parts for it on line, has anyone got information to where I could obtain a heating element for a Maxkon RA-002DN-B Air Fryer?  Show details

Disappointed – I bought this machine in February 2017, and it gets used most days. I love cooking in it and it cooks well, however, after only 6 months the basket has stopped rotating, therefore I can't cook using the basket. I am going to get another one, but I am unsure yet which brand I will go for. Any suggestions will be much appreciated. Tracey  Show details

love the air fryer BUT needs a better recipe book – i love the machine, easy to use and clean. also nice and quiet. the only thing it needs is more detailed instructions on how to use the accessories, it definitely needs a bigger and better cook book for every day things like baked potatoes, pumpkin etc. also needs temperature and cooking times for fresh veggies and also frozen veggies. like pre brought frozen foods like potatoes, pre cooked meats, etc  Show details

Terrific product – Bought this product Christmas 2016. Been using it since then on a regular basis, my husband has also had a go. This unit makes a fabulous steak, cooks roasts, spring rolls, marinated pork chops, chips, must remember chips and roast potatoes to be lightly oiled first before cooking. Hamburgers, fish, everything you think of you can cook and it… Read more

tastes fabulous. The only complaint I have was the machine came with a teflon tin which peeled off quickly in the dishwasher, I just bought a cake tin the same size to replace it which was better quality, apart from that no complaints the machine is fantastic, easy to clean, easy to operate.
