Keeps on going – Machine works well. Realise its capability and treat it that way and it works well. Starts easily. Cannot stuff the chute full of leaves etc or chokes, steady feed works well oversized or dried timbers make it struggle but handles 50mm green branches well. Good machine still going 14 years Show details

not bad for the money – I have shreddered several trees and happy with the job it does. Its all in the preparation of the branches. Thin down the branches it the job fine

Not up to much – Bought one of these, thought at the price $800 it would be a real shredder. Not so. Continually jams up (no throughput of plant material. Have to dismantle it and clear out input chute all the time. Can't shred any sort of green material (causes jams ups). Hard to feed material into chute. Lots of better chipper/shredders on the market at similar (well, slightly more) prices.

Don't waste your money – Bought this thing from masters a couple weeks ago for close to $700 and used it for less than 3 hrs in 2 weeks.it was hard to start(took 5 pulls) It didn't do the best job on mulching and the thing died on us and had some kind of mechanical fault .we did everything to try and fix it but thought that if something brand new like this is having… Read more

problems then its not a good sign,so we decided to take it back. Lucky the guys at masters were happy to take it back and give us a store credit which we used to put towards the bigger and better troy bilt chipper/shredder with Briggs and Stratton motor wich is the best investment ever! This thing actually sucks in the branches and quickly shreds and chips them with such ease and spits them out into the finest quality garden mulch! That it was light and fully portable. That's about it. Internal mechanical fault.
