Great product. Terrible customer service – Had the blender for 1 year, no complaints worked as advertised. I needed jug replaced, he asked me to send images and he would sort it out, he told me to send an email to [details removed], now 1 month later and still no reply. Have now called again and left message.

The follow up service is terrible.Cost me $700 and had only received 1 year use out of it, despite them selling it with 'Full Two Year Warranty'. About to take it to consumer affairs.
