because of trusting that the batteries and charges will be received reasonably soon after requesting for the redemption. Well they won't. After completing the redemption form, and in the next page, you are notified that your request will be processed in 2 to 4 weeks time, and if out of stock, the delivery times may be extended.

I am not sure about the quality of this item yet, as I haven't received the batteries and charger yet. But, my first impressions were totally terrible, and I just wanted to share it with everyone.
