Ive never met a probiotic that I like - until now – Most probiotics have not agree'd with me - until this one. I've always had 'gut issues' and align has helped what feels like 'balancing me out' and making my digestion feel better. Certainly not bullet proof if I eat things that upset me - but two thumbs up. Additionally, you dont need to refridgerate which is handy for travel.
